Dhane88 may request a national ID or passport for age verification at any time. The account will remain restricted until the required documentation is provided.

The minimum deposit at Dhane88 is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is also ৳500, and the maximum daily limit is determined by your tier.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. However, additional time may be required for verification or security checks.
• Dhane88 is not responsible for any bank charges or payment gateway fees.
• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, Dhane88 may suspend transactions without prior notice.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. A single person holding multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They will be converted to your main balance once the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements for bonuses must generally be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Rewards redeemed with VIP points carry their own terms — cash rewards have no wagering requirement, though bonus credits may.
• Dhane88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Dhane88 follows specific rules to determine whether a bet is accepted. It is important that members understand these rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets placed before a match or event begins are classified as pre-match bets. Bets placed while the event is in progress are classified as live bets.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Dhane88 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned or the result remains undetermined, the stake is generally refunded.
• Attempting to exploit arbitrage by placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Dhane88. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another member's account or sharing account credentials.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch in the Dhane88 system.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.
• Suspicious financial transactions or money laundering.

Dhane88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• When fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Under the direction of any legal authority.

Any decisions regarding your balance before an account is closed will be made by Dhane88 in accordance with the terms. If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team.
